In the 1970s, some collectives invented a practice of "guerrilla video", which establishes this new medium as an instrument of self-expression and information about anti-imperialists, environmental or feminist workers' struggles. Thus, between 1973 and 1976, at the peak of the mobilization of the workers from LIP factory in Besançon, Carole Roussopoulos and the collective "Video Out" made a series of six films together under the title Chroniques des LIP". This session proposes to return to an original experience, using video as a tool for intervention and analysis at the same time political and feminist. In a self-management context, the group attempts to capture "a revolution in ways of acting" while the emergence of words of women who stand by the radical and progressive autonomy of their speech. These activist video practices, born in the wake of May 68, will be discussed in a contemporary perspective, in relation to the development of the Internet.
